David Smith arrived at the GCA church in the spring of 2020. After 17 years of ministry out west (Oregon, Washington, and Colorado) he is excited to be back east, close to family and friends he grew up with. He and his wife Valerie have three kids. David loves spending time outdoors, gets excited when the church positively impacts local communities and has a passion for young people.

He has a BA in Theology from Southern Adventist University and an M. Div from Andrews University.
