The 2009-2010 Pathfinder Year
Cherokee Pathfinders is a joint club of the sister churches, Calhoun and GCA Seventh-day Adventist Churches in Calhoun, Ga. It is a part of the world-wide Pathfinder Club of Christian young men and women. All young people 5th grade and up are eligible to apply for Pathfinders. There is no required church or school affiliation.
We currently have 61 signed up for Osh Kosh. We will go by coach on August 9th.
****We will have a prayer of dedication at the Calhoun Church before we leave with Pastor Albert. Please check the August calendar. This is for all PF and staff going to camporee.
The fourth and final installment of the Osh Kosh payments is due July 21st after the corn profits are tallied.
We need to work together to get our corn out of the field and sold to help with money toward New tents. Yes, NEW tents to replace some of the broken ones; also to finish earning our fees and toward SPENDING MONEY. $25 credit each time you work on the corn up to $150.
Yeah!, new tents have arrived to replace broken ones.
Cell phones are not allowed during the day at Osh Kosh. They are limited to useduring supper to call parents. The club is not responsible if they are lost on our trip.
There will be a live stream over the web coming from Camporee. You can watch the nightly meetings from home. You can watch the baptism Sabbath afternoon, also.
