Level seven: The Sabbath Challenge

  1. Take a digital Sabbath. Turn off all your devices, including your phone, for a full twenty-four hours, or at least for a good portion of your Sabbath.

  2. Find great delight. Take intentional steps to add joy and delight into the next Sabbath. Plan a feast, a hike, time with family or friends, or simply sleep in.

  3. Worship. Schedule times throughout the Sabbath to reconnect with God - through song, prayer, or reflections.
